Are you easy to get to?
Yes - we are just near Termini Train Station - the transport hub of Rome - with direct links to the city's two airports. That means that we are not only easy to get to, but our location is great for you to also get to the main tourist attractions of Rome. What time is check in/out?
Check in is at 2pm and check out is between 6am and 11am.

Is there Internet connection in the rooms?
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout our accommodation.

Are the rooms noisy?
All of our rooms are soundproofed for your relaxation.

Are pets welcome at your accommodation?
We're afraid not.

How far is the nearest bus/metro stop?
We are located just 150 yards from Repubblica metro station and a short 5 minute walk from Termini station.

Do all the rooms have satellite TV?
Yes, we have Flat Screen Satellite TVs in each room.

Do you have air conditioning?
Yes, all of our rooms enjoy air conditioning which is essential in the hot summer months.

Are the staff multilingual?
Yes we cater to an international clientele and our staff speak several languages. We also operate a 24hr reception desk.

Do you have a honeymoon suite?
Yes, we do.

Can you help me with currency and getting by in the language?
Our reception desk operates a Currency Exchange service and can also assist with booking guided tours, taxis, restaurant reservations and tickets for the theatre, opera and other events.

Do you offer an airport shuttle service?
We can arrange for you to be picked up from and taken to the airports but a surcharge applies.

Do you have any parking facilities?
We don't but there are public parking facilities at a nearby location. Reservation is not needed and this costs around Euro 30 per day.

Do you have any discounts for children?
All children under 2 years old stay free of charge in a crib. One child under 6 also stays for free when using existing beds.
